This listing is for the sealed unboxed Small World board game pictured. The other photos are from my personal copy, which I have opened. The item you receive will still be sealed inside its shipping box.
Small World's Designer Edition is a spare-no-expense version of Small World the board game. The designer edition was a kickstarter exclusive item. After the kickstarter ended the remaining few were sold through the Days of Wonder website. This listing is for one of these leftovers. The only difference is the kickstarter version included a metal engraved nameplate that attaches to the inside lid. This version has the spot cut out for the nameplate but no nameplate is included.
The Designer Edition features:
· 307 deluxe wooden tokens covering all races from the base game and its Cursed!, Grand Dames and Be Not Afraid expansions + the Lost Tribes expansion.
· Each race comes in its own individual, lavishly illustrated box with detailed race info on the reverse.
· The banners, special powers and markers that complement the deluxe tokens are all heat-printed on wood, matching the tokens.
· The victory coins are all distinctive metal coins specially forged for the designer edition.
· The maps are super-sized copies of Small World's 2-5 player maps, and include a new 6 player map specially designed by Philippe Keyaerts.
· The Dragon, the Catapult, the 2 Heroes are all represented by custom resin miniatures
· The new "Pocket Encyclopedia" from the Kickstarter campaign is also included.
The Designer Edition is a true collector's edition. An heirloom to be pasted down and treasured for generations.
