Shipping

• Items will be shipped within 3 days after receiving confirmed payment.
• For buyers in USA, your orders will be shipped timely from our warehouse in New Jersey.
• For buyers in all other countries/regions, your orders will be shipped timely by Air Mail from Taiwan.
• If you do not see your country in the drop-down menu, please contact us for a special shipping quote - we can ship worldwide.
• It takes around 7-22 business days (8-30 calendar days) to most countries; some countries may need more than 30 days, due to lengthy customs clearance.
• If you would like use other express delivery methods, please contact for the additional fee.
• If item(s) do not arrive after 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate for resolution.
• We ship to the registered address on file in eBay. Please make sure your address in eBay is updated. If you prefer a different delivery address, please contact us early to notify.
• Buyers are responsible for the Customs import tax/duty, if any. 

 

Refund

• If you are not satisfied with your item, we will make an exchange or refund the product price less shipping & handling charges within 30 days of your purchase.
