(Non-payment claims are automatically processed by eBay to result in negative feedback and a strike against the buyer's account.) Items are shipped to the buyers CONFIRMED PayPal address. Any address changes must be denoted through eBay and PayPal. Returns are generally not accepted. In the rare instance of a valid return or refund, no shipping costs are reimbursed or refunded. In the event of a damaged item caused by the shipping carrier, please submit a claim and damage report to the United States Post office. Photographs are highly recommended in support of your independent claim.
Regarding shipping and packaging: Selling on eBay is not my only source of income or employment. I work a 9-5 job 5 days a week. I list, pack, and ship during nights and weekends. Please let me know if you are in a rush to receive your item, so I can ship your parcel accordingly. I strive to ship within two business days after receiving payment.
Concerning packaging, I ship most loose figures in a poly bubble mailer. Thus far, I have not seen excessive damage incurred to items within this type of parcel when shipped First Class via USPS. However, I utilize this packaging to reduce shipping costs that are ultimately to the benefit of buyers. If you feel that your item requires additional packaging or a more reliable/insured method, please specify your request via a direct message so that I can send a revised invoice for the additional expense of upgraded shipping or packaging.
International Buyers - Please Note: *The following countries have a high incident of shipping errors: France, Germany, Brazil, Kazakhstan,Armenia,Russia (EU Especially"Chronopost"). Item tracking is often unreliable across international shipments and difficult to insure. Any International buyers must accept the terms of unreliable delivery at their own risk. Once the item is outside of US territories where insured by the United States Postal Service, buyer is responsible for tracking and recovery of item through their countries' parcel service.
