Every kit includes the FOUR gears AND the spacer that need to replaced. The factory gears get soft over time and fall apart. THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT GEAR SET VERSIONS WITH DIFFERENT TOOTH COUNTS. We will need the tooth count of the original gears after you order.
