About my items,
Not all items are new. Most of them are used in very nice clean condition.
Items that are new will be marked as New
I am not the original owner of all of my items listed for sale
I am a smoker but do not smoke in the house or in the car
I do have a cat but she does not smoke and is not around any of my items listed.
All of my items have been cleaned before mailing out to you.
I do not sell broken items
I do test all battery operated toys to make sure they work.
I do state in the description if it is battery operated and if it comes with batteries or not.
If it does come with batteries I can not guarantee how long they will last, If I install new batteries that will also be stated.
Any and all defects will be stated in the description.
Please ask all and any questions before bidding.
Payments
After the auction please wait for me to send you a invoice before paying.
IF you have multiple wins PLEASE wait for a combined shipping invoice.
This is more for you than me, that way you can save some money on the shipping costs.
If you make a payment before I send a combined invoice I will mail out each item separately .
IF you have won a auction and are still shopping please send me a message letting me know.
Payment is due with in 3 days of the end of auction.
(unless we have made other arrangements example you are still shopping)
On the 4th day after end of auction If I have not heard from you I will open a unpaid case and I will relist the item (s)
Returns
I do not issues returns or refunds on items everything is sold AS IS
The only instance that a item my be returned is if I have grossly miss described the item.
Than if a item is returned buyer is responsible for the fees for the returned shipping
Only the winning price of the item will be refunded.
Please contact me first before returning a item.
If it is a multiple win ALL items won must be returned for the refund.
If you are not happy with your item please do not ask for a partial refund, simply let me know that you will be
returning item for a refund of the original money paid ( not original shipping cost or returned shipping unless okay
by me before returning of item)
No partial refunds will be issued
Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it BUT you must contact me by email within the first
3 days to let me know you are not satisfied with the item.
Items after 3 days with no contact will not be refunded or accepted back.
Only items grossly misrepresented either by the pictures or by the description will be accepted back.
Item must be returned with delivery confirmation.
Auction/Buy It Now price will be refunded not the original shipping cost.
Buyer pays return shipping.
Upon receiving the item I will refund your PayPal account the auction price.
Items damaged during shipping and do not have insurance cannot be returned.
Feedback
I do leave feed back for all my items that I sell
Feedback is left on the last Friday of the month
I strive for 5 star service for all of my customers

I am a easy person to work with and would like a chance to fix a problem before I find out that was one in the feedback.
Shipping & Handling
I mail out packages every day but Sunday
There is a $1.00 handling fee on all my auctions
The first 2 items are $1.00 and items 3-4 is $1.75 5-7 items $2.75
8-10 items $4.00 11 items or more is $6.00
Items will be shipped in boxes for the safety of your item, if the item will be safe shipping in a padded envelope item will be mailed out that way.
I will ship by the United States Postal Service
I use Priority, Parcel post, First class ( only on item under 12 Ounces) and Media Mail for books and music
International shipping will be by Priority International.
SHIPPING FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL IS BY YOU THE BUYERS RISK ONLY.
I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES ONCE THE TRACKING INFORMATIONS HAS LEFT THE UNITED STATES.
FIRST CLASS SHIPPING CAN BE HELD IN CUSTOMS ANYWHERE FROM 30-60 DAYS.
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE FOR MAILING WITH THE UNITED STATES TRACKING INFORMATION UPLOADED IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS AND IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POST OFFICE TO MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM GETS TO YOU.

I am more than happy to do combined shipping on all of my auctions.
All International buyers are responsible for all and any fees and taxes. They are NOT included in the cost of the shipping.
In each box mailed out there will be a copy of the invoice for your items. That is for both you and me so that you know what you purchased and what you will be receiving and what the costs are.
And so I can double check to make sure you receive all your items and the correct items.
If the item is to mailed to a different address than the one on your invoice (shipping address) please contact me with the new address and let me know so I do not send a invoice and can get you a correct shipping cost.
I am more than happy to mail out your item to another address as a gift. Especially now with the holidays coming up.
I do like to try and list new items 3 - 4 times a week.
