I've never seen one of these before, a Victorian baby walker in great antique condition, the child can get in and out by the hinged opening on the beech arm support, iron frame looks as if it was blue originally but its in an untouched and un restored condition. the frame is supported with 4 small swivel iron castors, one caster has a flat spot i dont know if this is intentional or not, (please see last image)
