Fitted with a Sew-Tric Motor, there are some old 'instruction' documents as well.

 I powered up the foot pedal and plugged the lead into the motor, the motor turned easily with no effort at all although it did not turn the crank due to the pulley being over-stretched and slack, hand turning the crank is easy and everything moves freely (bulb is also working).
