SHIPPING TO A PO BOX
If you want this shipped to a PO box, please ask about that before you click "Buy it Now", or pay for this. Unless it is fairly small and light, that will usually cost extra. If you don't want to pay extra for a PO box shipping address, please list your physical address as your "ship to" address when you make your payment. Because standard shipping for larger and heavier packages (usually 4-5 pounds and over unless you are close to Minnesota) is Fedex ground. And Fedex cannot ship to a PO box.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If something is damaged in shipping, I will file an insurance claim on your behalf. Your refund will come once Fedex or USPS has settled the claim. Claims typically take 7-10 business days to process. It is in your best interest to do it this way. If you file a case with Ebay and then escalate it to a claim, you will have to pay to ship it back to me. If you let Fedex/USPS take care of the claim, it will cost you nothing.
LOCAL PICK UPS
Local pick ups are encouraged. If there is a shipping price listed, you will not need to pay for that shipping cost if you pick it up. And if it is listed as free shipping, I can reduce the cost of the item for you if you are picking it up (usually the shipping discount amount will be listed in the description). Please ask about that before you pay for it, because I need to make a price adjustment.
