- Buyer must contact me within 24 hours, otherwise item will be relisted.

- Pick-up or payment must be completed within 3 days, or else the item will be open again to other buyer.

- Depending on my availability, meet-ups either at Robinsons Galleria (weekends) or Robinsons Cainta-Junction (weekdays) only.
