Shipping & Handling

Normally, we process all orders within 2-3 days after payment is made. Please refer to this listing for actual handling time as some are longer. Most items are shipped USPS directly or shipped via FedEx to your USPS carrier for final delivery. Once a order is processed, a tracking number will be uploaded to your eBay order history. You can check the shipping status by referring to the tracking number.

Returns

Always contact us first regarding any return requests or issues. We reserve the rights to refuse any return requests if we are not notified in advance. In the rare case if the product is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within return period of receiving the product for a return or refund. If the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Products received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. A full refund will be issued once we received the return. If item is opened a restock fee of 15% is assessed.
