Developed in cooperation with Christian guitarist Stu G (Delirious?), JHS's The Kilt overdrive/boost pedal goes from clean boost to mild overdrive to all out fuzz in no time. The G1 and G2 switches let you dial in your preferred amount of gain. Dial in low gain settings for classic rock and vintage-inspired tones or go for a heavily gated fuzz with unexpected artifacts and sputtering or, of course, anything in between. JHS's The Kilt has a JFET clean boost section for your guitar. The built-in Mini Bomb Boost (a popular JHS boost pedal) is extremely useful to have in your rig. Keep it on all the time to hit your tube amp harder, or kick it in just when you need to cut through the mix with added presence. Place it before your distortion/overdrive section for a stronger, thicker, more saturated tone. Place it after for tone that's the same, only louder.
