HOW WE OPERATE

We build no actual delay into how we operate - we post daily! - but we are careful not to let eBay give the impression of delivery that leaves you disappointed.

Otherwise we would be promising a service that the mail provider doesn't offer!

We usually default to Second Class Mail, for all items under 2KG, and offer as standard four options:

We send 2nd Class Mail - this has a 98% chance of arriving within 3 days.

You may also choose:

2nd Class Signed For - 98% chance of arriving within 3 days.

1st Class Mail - 93% chance of arriving the next working day, normally otherwise the day after.Special Delivery - 100% chance of arriving the next working day.

We feel that handling items within 24 hours and sending them through a recognised credible mail handler is the optimum for speed and cost - but you can choose any of the options!

Please note that we default to international standard but do offer upgrades when you come to pay.

The platform only allows a few options by default but we can tailor a solution to you upon request.

No reason we can't fill a box up to 2KG or whatever you need.

We are very willing to work with you to deliver items and can be contacted morning, noon and night except when we sleep.

We would rather work with buyers to resolve issues, through the eBay messaging system.

Please note that whilst we accept that there is both a eBay Money Back Guarantee and also a PayPal Buyer Protection scheme, we don't normally login to PayPal daily so do let us know if you have suddenly opened a case and are waiting a reply.

eBay and PayPal deal with almost the same issues exactly although PayPal also allows the buyer to raise an issue about unauthorised use of the account or bank card it should go through issues.

We are reasonable and fully understand what is an eligible MBG or PBS issue and what is ineligible.

We would always prefer to simply resolve issues together and better still avoid them overall.

Please note that for a formal case we will ask for a concise description of the problem, how it occurred and for photographs whilst for not received claims we expect your help in tracking down the parcel, going to the sorting office etc. - after all we are trading partners!

APPENDICES

OUR PROCESS TO DETERMINE ITEM CONDITION is to put garments on a mannequin and "do up" buttons, zips or fasteners to check they are working. We then photograph the item under 270 watts of lighting on a mannequin, turning the item around so it is exposed to the camera. Finally we will lay the garment down on a special surface and photograph inner labels. Sometimes we will photograph the inside of garments or the item overlaid with the tape measure. Any exceptions will be added to seller notes.

OUR PROCESS TO DETAIL ITEM SPECIFICS comes from inspecting all the labels in the main. The primary aim is that the item fits the buyer and that we photograph everything that we can see, versus completing the minutiae. There tends to be three difficulties, one is that the manufacturer uses an inconsistent framework with UK measurements; the second that the item was made for a non-UK market and has a misleading size and thirdly on colour where it is subjective. The old fashioned method of the tape measure is provided in addition to the opinion based size measurement.

30 DAY RETURNS - We accept returns, providing that a request is made no later than 30 days after the item arrived. You are welcome to contact us via the messaging system to arrange a return or you may wish to use the eBay processes - please see section 3.
