What’s new with GO2A
Ferrari Red Aluminum Chassis:
Call us perfectionists, we designed an entirely new, aluminum alloy chassis; formal name T6061 aluminum. GO2A’s chassis also features more surface area than ever before to conduct its heat to the air and some well-calculated air flow slots. As a result, GO2A runs at around 30% lower surface temperature than Geek Out 1st Generation.
Single Ended Output:
Geek Out 2A has an improved analog output stage which works with both single-ended and balanced outputs. We absolutely increased GO2A’s single-ended output power, but we’re even more excited about our improvements to the analog stage. The analog stage features new signal path resistors, almost ZERO vibration-introduced noise, and instant power capacitors.
Noise Isolation on USB interface:
There are products on the market which do passive noise filtration on USB power supply and differential pairs; Geek Out V2 had this design. With GO2A we are pushing even further with state-of-the-art filter components, resulting in an even darker background.

can get blisteringly loud with 400S and IEMs. dannnnng mang, that’s some tight bass with kick indeed, the GO2A bass is more defined, less bloat and delivers in more defined space.GO2A has less “in your face soundstage” and is a 1.5 step back, very welcomed and provides better depth and layering, easily noticed in a side by side listen. More inviting and perhaps less fatiguing over time. with CIEM dead black silent background, no hiss. even with max volume, no music playing. It is truly a beautiful piece of equipment. The buttons have a solid feel The sound is beautiful. it seems that on the recordings that I first listened to it is a just a little more relaxed, just as detailed (but not etched or exaggerated). The power output on the lower gain mode seems more robust, being able to drive my high impedance HD 800’s better Overall, I would say that the casework and buttons by themselves were more than worth the price of the upgrade.
