This is a vintage Moore's MIDGET Fountain Pen that has a retractable nib.  The pen is approx 3 5/8" in length and is BCHR with gold filled trim.  The pen has a 14k gold "American" super flex nib that is in good intact condition with both iridiums intact. No cracks on the barrel or cap. The gold filled trim show only light brassing with the initials " MR" engraved on the top gold filled crown cap. The pen is an eyedrop filler. The pen does show a few light nicks and light scratches. The pen will need a new bladder and a complete refurbishment before use. The retractable nib extends and retracts with no issues.
