Please note this is from the first production run and was opened by Takara and resealed by them.  You can find confirmation of this on Transformers message boards.

The pictures are of the actual item.  I noticed that there is a duplicate listing from China, they copied my listing.  You can notice similar backgrounds in my other listings and I can send additional pictures if you want confirmation.
