Every single pickup we sell has been hand finished and individually tested in Ironstone's Rutland workshop.This auction is for a 'Hard Rock' set, only available through this ebay advert (but just a small part of the full Ironstone range). Unlike the majority of the warm vintage tone Ironstone range, these specifically use high strength ceramic magnets, producing perfect Hard Rock, Indie and Metal tones. Razor sharp bright treble and crisp tight bass is the start point. But most importantly, the ceramic magnets coupled with classic 6K windings means they retain clarity when treated to even heavy distortion, making them ideal for heavy rock and distorted metal tones. Add to that quality touches like vintage style push back wiring and a quasi-vintage pole piece stagger for a perfect volume balance across the strings.
