this is a brand new custom painted head made of high quality plastic with neck adapter  ready to fit most any 12 inch 1/6 body. This head has 2 interchangeable mouth pieces,and I can offer it with black paint around eyes or plain like in photo just let me know which you prefer. if you are not happy please let me know as ill be happy to exchange or refund(for refund item must be returned to us) , also on one of our previous shipments the item was damaged during shipping I thought it was well packed but anything cardboard can be crushed, but we now ship in heavier boxes so not to worry thanks!
