Always in a climate controlled garage with a cover. It's never seen rain. Note: The history report states 80,000 in 2015. This was an error by the bank when refinancing. There is currently a lien on the title at their local bank. Once an agreement is made with the buyer, my in-laws and the buyer will go directly to the lender to pay off the exiting lien. Ownership will then be transferred in person from the financial institution to the new buyer. If truly needed, my in-laws can pay off the car to have title in hand when buyer arrives.
