How to put on the belt

Place both u rings on behind your sack, one pointing up and one pointing down. Install the pins and spacers. Push yourself back and install the shield. Put on any remaining spacers and then lock the device. You may find you will need to make adjustments to the inner and outer spacers for your comfort and security, You may also find that you need to go down in ring size, this is normal.
