Shipping to US 48 states: We ship the same business day if your order is received by 3:00PM Central Time. The default shipping for lamps only (without housings) is USPS First Class Mail. These listings will use USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation to track your package. Please see the UPS map below to estimate ground shipping time to your location (in business days). (USPS First Class Mail deliveries follow a similar schedule but also include Saturday deliveries). Expedited shipping is available. Please note: UPS does not normally deliver on weekends or holidays. If you place a 2nd Day Air order for shipment on a Thursday, you will receive your order the following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday). If you place an order with Next Day Air Saver for shipment on a Friday, you will receive your order the following Monday (provided Monday is not a holiday). Saturday Delivery is available with an additional UPS surcharge. If you would like to add Saturday Delivery to your order, please call us at: -message us-. However once in customs, the package may be delayed, and we have no control over items once they reach your customs office. Warranty/Returns:
Our Warranty Information
All our factory lamps come standard with a 90 day warranty. Should your lamp fail within the warranty period, we will refund it once returned. It is your responsibility to return it after receiving a RMA#. If you think your lamp has failed, please call us for advice and, if needed, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. All lamps will be tested, and if found defective, a refund will be given. Warranty does not include lamps that have been damaged by the projector, improper installation, damage caused during installation. You are responsible for the return freight cost if your suspected defective lamp is found to be good. You are responsible for the freight cost when returning a suspected defective warranty lamp to us. New returns are not normally accepted, but, at our discretion, may be. If we authorize a new return, the item must be in good salable condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
