For sale is an HO Scale Built-Up IHC Kit, Loew's Theatre. This theatre features signage for 'The African Queen' as well as faux neon lights on the marquee. This theatre would be a great addition to any downtown scene or an elevated railway scene, as it mimics theatres in use from the '30's through to the modern day in many cities and towns. The structure is in pretty good shape though it does have a few parts missing, and the fire escape could use some repair. I believe this building can be lit because it has two wires sticking out the rear of the roof.
