Here we have the 450...belt drive and fully automatic. On board is an ADC Series IV cartridge with a new elliptical stylus purchased from LP Gear. It also has a new belt...I cleaned all the switches...lubricated wear points. This combination sounds extremely nice...and I'm not just blowing smoke here. The bass is full-almost punchy..and the mids are warm. Of course, this is only my interpretation but I was somewhat surprised at just how good this sounds. Speed holds dead on...cueing is nice. I added some quality vinyl to enhance the appearance. The dust cover is good..a repaired crack at the left hinge...there are 'splash spots' on the cover that didn't come out with Novus. Wet sanding may clear this up...but quite frankly it looks acceptable to me. The top of the base has some wear on the corners(pics).
