Offered here is a 2001 Hess promotional vehicle issued at Christmas time by the Hess Corp

Due to fading of item  I am offering in hopes that someone may need  for the great working electronic/ spare parts, etc for  customizing, kit bashing, re purpose  etc.

  Helicopter  was tested an all functions work as they should

  The racers  do not work with battery installed, maybe some cleaning of terminals will help

(uses gpa76 batteries & aaa)
