3. A 15% initial deposit (including shipping) is required as a down-payment on all layaway purchases.
   
4. Buyers are given a maximum of 3 days to deposit the down-payment from the time the item was reserved.
   
5. The time allowed for a layaway item will be 60 days from the original layaway purchase date. There are no extended terms available.
   
6. Succeeding payment/s can be made at your convenience for as long as it does not exceed the 60-day layaway period.
   
7. No refunds are given if you cancel or fail to pay on any layaway purchase. No exceptions.
   
8. The item ordered cannot be changed after the layaway is established.
   
9. Please be advised that item purchased using layaway program will not be placed on hold until your down-payment is received.
   
10. Item will only be delivered once payment had been completed.
