If you are not happy with the item purchased, we will refund the full cost of the item purchased.
However, we cannot refund the costs of shipping, insurance, tariffs or duties. In order to get a refund, the item has to be sent back to us within 30 days of your receiving it, and in the same condition as when we shipped it. Buyer pays for return shipping cost.
For a free shipping item, we will refund the difference between the price and the actual shipping cost because the price includes the shipping cost from Japan.
