Handsome pair of finely detailed vintage Carved Soap Stone Chinese Foo Dog Statues or Bookends.

Each of these intricately carved Foo Dog statues measures approximately 5.75" tall, by 3.65" long, by 2.5" wide.

This pair of vintage soapstone carvings is in excellent vintage condition with light wear commensurate with age. There are no cracks, heavy chips or repairs. There are several tiny dings(see photos) to the soapstone that can be easily polished by the new owner if desired.
