This is a "C" version. You need a "D" version on facelift vehicles, otherwise you are limited to only a small number of compatible chargers (essentially the "triple header" units).

The CHAdeMO adapter. The only option other than Superchargers that is fast enough to charge-while-you-wait. Especially valuable for UK drivers in my opinion, since there are few routes you can drive that actually need multiple full charges in a day (400+ miles), while driving 250-300 miles and needing a bit of a topup is much more common. Particularly so on out-and-back day trips, where there are lots of 125-150 mile routes that don't go near a supercharger but do pass one or more CHAdeMO points.
