Super Mario 64 player's choice for the Nintendo 64. This item comes with the cartridge, box, manual, insert, cartridge holder, plastic cartridge baggie, and plastic protective box. The cartridge is in fair condition, with some slight discoloring on the label and a store sticker on the back. The box is in good shape, but there are some slight indents in the front (see second to last picture). The manual is missing the front and back cover and there is a tear on one of the pages (see last picture).
