According to eBay rules and regulations, buyer and seller may only communicate via phone after the "buy it now" is used.  For example, if you want to use

 two separate credit card payments etc. 

If this is the case, then let us know you will be contacting us after you

 use the "buy it now" and wait to receive an invoice before making payment.
