I am

Purchase the
item in the normal way selecting your options, if you'd like something changed
(e.g. colour) then make sure to add this as part of the order - please note it
is an additional £2.00 for any customisations, this allows us to provide a
personalised service to you.
Once we
receive your order we will then create it and send it out to you within 3-5
working days. We do not carry stock. Please allow extra time for this.
Please allow additional time for personalised items as these will only be sent once a draft is approved by you, the draft will be sent within 2 working days of purchase.
I would
like to add a personalisation to this item - how do I do this?
If you choose
a personalised version we will then send you an email after purchase asking for
these details e.g.
- person/s name
- date of event
- location of event
- anniversary number
- any other items or messages you would like added
We will then
send you a draft within 2 working days and once this is approved the item will
be made to your spec and posted out to you within 3 working days. This is a
very individual service therefore there is an additional £2.00 cost for any
customisations.
We hold no
stock, each of our items is handmade to your specification making them
truly unique, please allow time in your order for this to prevent delays.
Can
I get it quicker?
If you’d like your item quicker then contact us and we can arrange this but it may cost a little more
Are
these prints or framed?
Each of our items can be delivered in a 10 x 10' (23 x 23cm) deep square ideally
We also offer an 9 x 12' (A4), a mid sized 8 x 10' or a x-small 4 x 6' (A5) frame all come with internal stand
Frames are available in black, off-white or light oak
Please note that the image is less than 7" in the midsized and xsmall frames
How good are the prints?
We use high qulaity photographic paper with a matt finish and studio grade printing techniques for all of our items assuring you of a high quality finish
The quality of the photographs on eBay is very limited - you can be assured that this will be a crisp and clear finish

I have a different set of lyrics?
Yes! See here for your own versions (please note prices in this listing will be updated very soon and will increase to be in line with our other personalised items)

Yes! We do offer the ability to choose a
different colour for the centre label and lyric text - see our shop for more examples but please contact us if you require something else – its your item so we want
you to have it your way, simply contact us
Will
mine look exactly the same as this?
Some customisations will require us to change fonts sizes or layout slightly – but you will see any changes in the draft before it goes into production
Do
you offer discounts for more than one item?
Yes! Postage is free, each additional print or framed item can be added at not extra postage costs

Is this made in the UK?
Yes! All of our items are hand made in the UK (excluding frames)

Do you have other items?
Yes! We are an established retailer having sold 1000's of original paintings through eBay and other channels. We have recently expanded our business to include prints which are made with the same care as a painting - they are 'not just a print' .
