All our Victoria's Secret items are 100% authentic with labels and retail tags attached.  Some of the items may have a line marked through the label or on the inside band if it is label free.  This is to prevent return to Victoria's Secret retail stores. But ALL of our items are guaranteed new, unused, and unworn. 

We try to take as good pictures as possible, but please understand that all cameras, lighting, and computer monitors are different.  Everyone has their own unique interpretation of colors. We have done our best to describe the color and try to stick to the general color (e.g. “pink”  “blue” or “green”). . If you are looking for a specific  shade or color please contact us before you purchase so we can help  you get the item you are looking for. 

 

All items are shipped in the poly bubble mailers via USPS First class tracking service.

 Our return policy: 

We accept returns within 14 days.  Items must be in new condition with no signs of wear, pet/human   hair, stains, or odors.  Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.  Items must be returned with all tags.  If You Return items with no tags you'll Receive 80% of the item's price. Returned merchandise that has been worn, washed or altered will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs is non-refundable. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
