NWOT Wheels & Dollbaby brand body-con bustier style black mini dress. The dress is made from a super stretchy jersey fabric and the front satin panel is made with actual rubber for added stretch (hugs and hold curves.) Lingerie style bodice with a white sheer netting top, accented with black and pale blue ribbon trimmings. Spaghetti straps are adjustable. There is a crease in the front (see picture) from the dress sitting on the hanger for a few years, although it will disappear after being worn or with light ironing. Bought and never worn after I gained some weight.
