The greatest of care and time is taken when making and supplying your decals however in the event that you are not satisfied with your item we can always help wherever possible.       

The first thing we would encourage is that you CONTACT US immediately to inform us that there is a problem, that way we can try to rectify the problem as soon as possible.       

We offer a 7 DAY full refund on all of our items in store with the exception to personalised decals (unless the error is ours then the full refund will still apply to you)as these are custom cut and cannot be resold to anyone else generally, this then makes them unsalable.       

We are unable to refund return postage when making refunds, however depending on the reason for return, you may not need to return the item at all, and a replacement set will be sent out. (This is decided in house and on a case by case basis)       

We leave feedback immediately for ALL buyers as soon as payment is made, and we would ask that before people decide to leave neutral or negative feedback for us, they please contact us first.
