Vintage Benrus Military Issue Wrist Watch Model DTU-2A/P
           Here is a fine example of the Mil-W-3818B spec wrist watch.  This watch is all original. Runs strong and reliable.  During the Vietnam war the  spec watches were issued to the U.S. military pilots. Higher quality than the Mil-W-46374 watches issued to the "grunts" on the ground. The pilots watches were equipped with a Swiss made 17 jewel manual wind movement, model DR 2F2, which has the desirable hack set feature. Extremely clean. Winds and sets smoothly and hack set works as it should. The 34mm parkerized case is in beautiful condition and has all the original military markings dating this watch March 1969. The 12/24 hour dial is super clean, virtually spotless. The crystal is clean, clear and scratch free. Fitted with a period perfect black nylon band.  Thanks For Watching.
