For my items using FedEx as the shipping method shipping is available to HOME addresses only. There is no shipping available to Post Office Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, HI or AL for items using FedEx as the carrier UNLESS you contact me through eBay messaging for shipping alternatives first. Most of my listings offer free shipping and a 14 day return regardless the reason from the day the item arrives for a full refund on any item if the customer is not completely satisfied with there purchase. There is never a handling charge added to the purchase price.
