Delivery times depend on the delivery method selected during the purchase, the following is a guideline;

We sell a varied range of products in different saleable conditions. To help you understand the terms we use and what it may mean here are the conditions we sell and your rights to return.

New Unused Product

are systems that has not been cancelled or consists of systems that have been shipped out to a customer but are returned without ever being used. Normal rights of return are applicable.

Manufacturer Refurbished PCs

are laptops and desktops that have been returned to the manufacturer, put through the production process, and then again retested to ensure they meet all original factory specification Certified Refurbished systems may have some observable cosmetic blemishes, but they will not affect performance. Returns outside of 14 days cannot be made for non-faulty goods. Cosmetic flaws or damage to casing exteriors are not considered as faults.

Scratch and Dent

products are systems with considerable cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance. They are great way to save money while still enjoying the manufacturer’s rigorous rebuilding and testing process. Scratch and Dent computers will not have scratches or pits on the screen, missing or illegible letters on the keyboard, or damage to the touchpad or palmrest. Returns outside of 14 days cannot be made for non-faulty goods. Cosmetic flaws or damage to casing exteriors are not considered as faults.

Open-Box Item/Ex-Display

are any products purchased which are listed as grade A, grade B, ex-display products or used stock (meaning they may have slight cosmetic defects, be a factory refurbished item or may have previously been sent out and sent back as an unwanted item) have a warranty of 90 days for grade A and ex-display and 30 days for grade B. Where products are grade A, grade B, ex-display or used stock it will be noted in the Product description on the site. Returns outside of 14 days cannot be made for non-faulty goods. Cosmetic flaws or damage to casing exteriors are not considered as faults nor is missing accessories as goods may not be complete.
