Featuring full mandrel bent piping throughout the system which results in no weak spots or thin sections, whilst optimizing exhaust flow and engine performance. A mandrel is a steel rod or linked ball that is inserted into the tube whilst it is being bent, which gives the tube extra support to reduce wrinkling and also prevents breaking the tube during the bending process.

The kit comes supplied with detailed instructions, meaning you can fit the system yourself even with relatively little mechanical knowledge. Supplied complete with all required clamps, your full 2.5” cat-back fits straight up to your existing standard catalytic converter, with no other modifications or welding required. The exhaust also thankfully bolts up utilising all of your vehicle’s existing hanging points without the need for modifications here either.

The Magnaflow USA mufflers and resonators, feature a free flowing straight-through perforated stainless steel core (which eliminates the inherent flow restrictions of a louvered style core), and stainless steel mesh wrap that provides durability under high temperature, with additional sound absorption and no blow-out.  Coupled with this is also an acoustical fibre fill to deliver that smooth, deep tone the brand is famous for.
