The wider the band, the larger size you'll need.
Up to a 6mm band should fit your normal ring size. But if you go up to an 8mm or a 10mm, then your normal size won't fit anymore. You'll have to increase the ring size up anywhere from 1/2 size, 1 size or more - depending on the style (if it tapers, if it's comfort fit and of course, the shape of your fingers).
A good guideline is:
6mm = Normal Size
7mm = Normal Size + 1/2
8mm = Normal Size + 1/2 to 1
9mm = Normal Size + 1 to 1 1/2
10mm = Normal Size + 1 1/2 to 2
If you choose an incorrect size, you can always return it and purchase the appropriate size, or you can have it sized locally. Our 10k and 14k Gold bands can be resized by your local jeweler up to 2 sizes +/- (unless otherwise noted).
