Returns: Mister Parts accept returns in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. This permits a customer 14 days from delivery date to return the goods at the buyers expense. Should you wish to return goods you must contact Mister Parts to advise the reason for the return and complete an Ebay returns request. Any damages to goods during transit must be reported to the Seller within 72hrs maximum of delivery without exception. All item/s returned to us, other than faulty or damaged items, must be unused, in it's original packaging if applicable, and in re-saleable condition. We highly recommend a tracked courier service is used for returns and proof of despatch obtained.
