Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item as long as it is in the same condition that was shipped, bear in mind that if a return is approved you will be responsible for paying for inbound and outbound freight shipping fees and in addition, there will also be a 15% restocking fee imposed.

Shipping Policy:

$199 shipping fee when you pick up the item at the carrier terminal. Additional $145 for the carrier to deliver the item to your residence. This shipping fee is to be paid directly to the carrier. Please ask me for an exact quote before you purchase. 

We are centrally located in New York State, we ship anywhere in the USA mainland, and locals are welcome to pick up items free of charge. We use third parties shipping companies so please allow us at least 5 business days for handling.

Please inspect your item upon delivery - while the delivery company is still there. By signing the delivery document, you state that you have received it damage-free (just as described in the item description).

If there is damage - something that you can't live with or we can't work out, please refuse the delivery or at least write in the problem with the item on the delivery slip and contact me right away.
