Return for refund within: 30 days

• All products that are new with the packaging never opened or Death on Arrival(DOA) can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund.
• No charge for restocking fee.

Return for refund within: 60 days

• All products that do not fulfill your needs can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund.
• 30% charge for restocking fee.

Return for replacement within: 1 year

• A defective item can be returned within 1 year of the invoice date for a replacement.

• BEFORE LEAVING NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK, please contact us via e-mail so we may resolve any problem as we can.
• Any product with missing, damaged, altered is not eligible for return.
• Refunds are made only if a replacement is not available.
• We reserve the right to exam all returned items before replacement or refund.
• We reserve the right to void any listing with typographical errors or mistakes.
• As per industry standard, customers are responsible for return shipping.
• After 60 days of the invoice date, eBay doesn't allow any kind of refund, therefore replacement is the only option we offer if you return the item.
