Standard delivery will be made by Royal Mail in the UK and local post outside of the UK.
Postage charges are as follows.

UK £2.00 for your first item and 50p for each additional item.

Outside the UK £3.00 for your first item and 50p for each additional item.

To benefit from our combined postage charges simply request an invoice option rather than Pay Now when selecting items we will then send you an invoice with the combined charges and a PayPal link.

Some countries impose import duties, which will be charged when the goods are delivered to the destination country. You, the customer must pay any import duties, as we have no control over these charges.

Due to increased security in some countries, deliveries may be delayed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer a full refund or exchange on goods bought via our EBay store. Please return goods with in 28 days of purchase. We simply ask all items have tags attached and are in a re-saleable condition. Please include all your EBay info and the action you require.  If you require an exchange please include all details. However we can not guarantee we will have the exact item you require. Please note we do ask you to pay to return your goods, however if you require an exchange we will not charge you again to send out the replacement goods. Please include as much information as possible this will help us process your return.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Camille Lingerie Online offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resalable condition. Items should be returned within 28 days of purchase.

Please use the returns label enclosed with your original order and note that postage will need to be paid for by the sender. We kindly advise you obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

Please include a copy of the sales receipt you received with your goods as this includes your order number.
