Payment should be received within 7 days of auction ending, unless other wise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods include cheque (clearing time of up to 7 days), postal order, bank transfer, or PayPal. 

My preferred payment method is bank transfer because it is fast and free for both buyer and seller. Please contact me for my bank details if you are the winning bidder.

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and despatched in a timely manner. Most of our orders are despatched with just 12 hours of cleared payment being received.

We will always aim to despatch your goods to you within the time specified (usually within 5 working day) . 

Delivery of your item will be by Royal Mail. When ordering, please carefully consider your delivery address. As we deliver our items through a third party, we cannot be held responsible for this third party nor can we guarantee a time during the day for delivery. 

We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items where an incorrect address has been given. In the event that items cannot be delivered due to incorrect information being given they will be returned to us and you will be contacted to ascertain the correct information. An additional postage charge will be applicable to send the items back to you. 

If the carrier cannot deliver your order they will leave a card informing you that the delivery can be collected at the local depot. 

In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 working days for a replacement.




Please read my terms of sale prior to bidding. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on. 

Bidding: Please only bid on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally. We reserve the right to cancel a bid in these extreme circumstances. 

Payment: Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary, before the 7 days after the auction ending has lapsed. 

Overseas Bidders: n/a

Packaging: Items are then posted in suitable bubble-wrapped packaging. 

Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. 

Our preferred delivery method is via Citylink couriors, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. 

For smaller items we use royal mail first class post. Usually items valued over £10 are sent via royal mail recorded and will need to be signed for. Most electrical items are sent via citylink couriors which is a nextday service. 
 

IMPORTANT: If you have already paid for an item (e.g. a few days earlier) and still qualify for discount postage on your new purchase, please email us before you make payment and quote your original item number, so we can re-calculate your invoice amount. 

This will be your responsibility to notify us on these occasions, as due to the amount of orders we receive, we will not be held responsible for the customer not receiving the discount postage offer within the 5 day timescale. 

Feedback: We will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for us. 

Lost Items: As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. We will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office or Citylink, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached. 

Standard Returns: We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of being received, and providing item has not been used or opened and is in original condition. 

An email MUST be sent before returning your item, A note must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name. 

Postage for returned items will not be refunded. 

Faulty Items: All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt in its original condition.Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace, where possible, or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty. 

Guarantee/Warranty: Electrical items vary in guarantee lengths from 6-24 months depending on the manufacaturer. Always read the guarantee information received with your item. In the event of your item devloping a fault contact us via email and we will be happy to help.
