We decided to venture into the online marketplace in order to bring the affordable price at best quality items to a worldwide audience. Our mission is to be the best choice for all the Myangelstar’s out there by bringing the catwalk direct to your door.

We also offer Made to Measure service for most of our gowns.

All stand size gowns listed for sale are in UK stock, ready for same day dispatch, provided that the items are order before 1pm Monday-Friday.

We can send our products to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man for the same cost as products to UK destinations. (Only for Economy Delivery).

Important Information For Next Day Deliveries

Before placing your order, please note:
*If you place your order before 1pm / Monday- Thursday, it will be dispatched the same day, to arrive the following day before 5.30pm.

*Orders placed before 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched the same day and will be delivered on Monday.

*Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
After your order has been shipped.

*If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please inform customer service as soon as possible. Once the order has left us for delivery, we cannot change delivery address.

*All deliveries must be signed for. If you are not available to receive the parcel the driver will leave a card with the details of how to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail Collection Point.

Please note that we have the right to make partial deliveries, when the partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.

For your peace of mind we offer a REFUND OR EXCHANGE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY.

We will REFUND OR EXCHANGE provided they are returned complete, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and in new condition.

Within 14 days of receiving your order :-

REFUNDS: Please use clink “Returns Form” button, file the return form and print out, return with your items together to us. (IMPORTANT - EBAY USER ID MUST BE INCLUDED)

Refund is based on item cost only. Postage costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES: Please use clink “Returns Form” button, put details for the item you wish to have in exchange, send the item back with the print out ‘Return form’. We ask for a contribution of £4.00 (each item) to cover the postage cost to send the exchanged item back to you. (IMPORTANT - EBAY USER ID MUST BE INCLUDED)

Please note : We cannot guarantee your requested exchange item will be in stock. To receive a replacement quickly we advise you to purchase the item you need from our shop and return the original item back for a refund. If the requested exchange item is out of stock we will automatically process a refund.

POSTAGE ADVICE: Returns are the responsibility of the customer; we recommend items are returned via traceable means i.e. recorded delivery.

If you requested an item to be sent to you via an express delivery service (e.g. special delivery, royal mail tracked or courier) we are unable to refund the express service delivery charge. Postage costs are non-refundable.
