Free shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all Buy-It-Now (BIN) items

Dispatch: In most instances items ordered before 2pm are dispatched the same day, however, please check the individual advert for clarity of when your item will be dispatched and if the item is sent via 1st Class or 2nd Class post or by courier.

Upgrade Shipping: All adverts offer the option to upgrade to 1st Class postage or Next Day courier service where not already included.

Heavy Items: We use Royal Mail for items up to 2KG in weight. Heavier items are sent via courier with DHL or UK Mail. Generally, where DHL or UK Mail are used, and the order is placed before 2pm, you will receive your item the very next day.

Remote area of the UK: Deliveries to the extremities of the UK, including, but not limited to; Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, Highlands, Orkney and Shetland Islands may incur additional shipping fees depending on the size/weight of the product This will shown clearly before you check-out.

If you are not 100% happy with your item, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. Please also include a note with your username, order number or Postal Code in order for us to deal with your refund/replacement smoothly.

Please note that all items are still held responsible by the customer until they reach our warehouse and we will not be held responsible for any items sent to us in error.

Please return item within 60 days for a full refund.
