PAYMENTS
  • We accept PayPal payments.  Tracking  information is uploaded into PayPal/eBay, so you can track shipping  information for your order. 
  • Payment must be received within 4 days of completed purchase. 
  • We use eBay's Unpaid Item Assistant to track unpaid item orders. 
  • eBay will send you a reminder email if  payment is not received on a timely basis.  Please note this  process is automated.
  • eBay and PayPal fees are included in the item price.
 

SHIPPING
  • We strive to ship out all orders within 2  business days of receiving payment, but due to fluctuating order  volumes, this may vary.  Once your item has been assigned a  tracking number, it is input into PayPal/eBay for your tracking  purposes.  It is then queued for pick-up, your tracking number  will usually show a scan within 24-48 hours of being posted into  PayPal, but this time may vary as it is up to the local postal  courier to scan packages.
  • We ship most packages via USPS First Class Mail for small items, and USPS Priority Mail for larger items
  • Items marked with free shipping are shipped  via First Class Mail, which provides delivery within 3 days in most  cases.  Please note the weight limit for this service is 13 oz.   If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail with provides delivery  in 2 days in most cases, please send a Payment Total Request,  indicating you would like to pay for upgraded shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International orders are shipped  via USPS First Class International, this is a low cost shipping service that does not offer tracking and may be subject to extreme delays of up 45 to 60 days.  Please remember this information carefully before making your purchase.
  • We strongly recommend selecting  USPS Priority International mail as it provides tracking and speedy delivery, usually within 6-10 business days
  • Please note that we will not ship  First Class International to certain areas of the world due to high frequency of claims for undelivered items
 

RETURNS
  • We strive to ship all items correctly and  promptly.  If there is a problem with your order, please send  us a message via eBay's Messaging System as soon as you receive it  and we will work to correct the problem.
  • All returns are handled within the guidelines  of the return procedures established by eBay.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable
  • Please note that any refund from the return  of an item will be less applicable PayPal or eBay fees, which may  vary on a per item basis.
