We will now deliver to the address on your eBay account at the time of order. Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid for your order. Items purchased within UK will be posted by 12 PM will be dispatched the same day through Royal Mail 1^st class or Next Business day of receiving full payment. International postage is posted via Standard International mail. Tracking is not available. Normally it takes about 7-10 days for Europe and 10-14 days for America, Australia and rest of the world. Sometimes item is delayed by uncontrollable forces such as weather, holidays and customs etc. It may take up to one month for delivery. Contact us if you haven't received your item after 30 days has passed from the date of purchase. Sometimes item could get lost in the post so. We always keep proof of postage. We will not take any responsibility for items lost in the post. , If you would like your items to be posted via international signed with full tracking details, please checkout with signed for.

 

COMBINED POSTAGE

If you are buying more than 1 item or designs from my shop, to get a discount for additional items. Add your additional items to your basket and pay the full payment then before dispatching your goods we will refund the discount.

PAYMENT

Only PayPal or other Bank Cards through paypal payment is accepted. Please pay immediate buying an item Non-payment will be reported to ebay and may result in an UPI (Unpaid Item). Ebay will automatically close your account if you accumulate 4 UPI's total.

RETURNS

Items which you are not 100% satisfied with can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item(s), or exchanged for a different size or colour, provided that the following requirements are met:

• Items must be in an unused/ original condition, and in its original wrapping/ packaging
• All branded tags and barcode labels must be attached and intact.
• Postage will not be refunded and return postage is buyers own responsibility.
• Use Ebay returns policy after which return address will be provided If an item is received wrong or damaged, please inform us within two days of receipt. We will offer an exchange or give you a refund. Please ensure that all items are returned in its original condition.
