Listing is for three Aixiz style copper modules designed for 9mm diodes and a self centering diode press tool. The module is 12mm X 30mm assembled and comes with an acrylic lens, focus ring, spring, copper diode housing and aluminum(not brass) back half/driver compartment. This is a perfect module for easy mounting in a 12mm heatsink which is pretty much the standard in the laser DIY trade. The unit is perfect for 9mm of all types; 445, 405, 635, 650, 660 and IR diodes. Although it comes with an acrylic lens it is also designed to accept any M9X0.5 threaded lens including the most common used three element Aixiz glass lenses and the single element G-1/G-2 lenses. Keep your expensive diodes safe. This unit also comes with a self centering diode press tool that will allow you to safely press the diode past flush and with the custom self centering guide it will keep you from accidently damaging your diode. This is a must have tool for any laser enthusiast.

Place the diode in the press and screw the top of the module into the guide sleeve. Depiction is with standard brass Aixiz module but the idea is the same with the copper ones.:)




Now you can use a variety of tools to press the diode with this unit like a vice but I like to use my pliers for speed.
