How to place your order:

  3. Send us a message with your imei number, model and network if you know it. You can get the imei by pressing *#06# on your phone.
  4. Send us a confirmation that you have read the ad, the list, and that you fully understand that this has a 70% chance to unlock your phone and that you will get fully refunded in case it faills.
  5. Send us a confirmation that you can wait the estimated delivery time and that you understand that once the order is placed this cannot be cancelled.
  6. In case the unlock faills, we will refer you to the PREMIUM list, it has a higher price, understand that we are not asking for more, but if the phone cannot be unlocked with the normal service, we do not have other choice and we are not forcing you to buy it, it is just as a referal in case you cannot find a way to unlock at a cheaper price.
  7. Confirmation that in order for us to get a UNLOCK or a REJECT from supplier it takes 4-8 business days. Business days are from monday to friday.
