Policy
Payments
We only accept
PayPal. Payment is due within 7 business days of your purchase.
E-Checks must
clear within 14 business days. After we receive payment we will then send out
your item.
If we do not
receive payment within 20 days your item will be considered null. We have the
right to re-list/resell item.
Handling
Time
We ship out
your item(s) usually less than 1 business day unless stated in the listing. We
ship out our orders Monday through Friday, as our Canadian Postal Service only
ships out during business days.
Shipping
We send out all
orders through Canadian Postal Service.
We do not send
out packages with tracking numbers.
Since we send
out all orders through our postal service please allow 2 - 16 business
days (Domestic and US) for delivery.
There may be
delays due to the holiday season or Stat Holidays. We are not held
responsible for any delays in shipping.
Handling fees
are included in shipping costs.
If buyer purchases more than two items they may be sent out separately to help bring down shipping costs for the buyer.
We ship out

We Ship World Wide.

with your countries customs office to determine what additional fees may apply.
These fees are generally collected upon delivery of item(s) or if picked up at
your local postal service. Please do not confuse these additional fees with our
shipping charges.
We are not
responsible for any banned, prohibited, seized and or returned items by
International Customs Officials.
It is the
buyer’s responsibility to know the local laws and regulations concerning any
item(s) purchased.
We will not
mark item(s) as gifts, nor will we mark item(s) cost price below the actual
price, as this is prohibited by Canadian and International Government.

Delivery
We ship out Monday
through Friday with Canadian Postal Service. We do not ship during the weekend
or Stat holidays.
If items are
returned and marked undeliverable, we will make one attempt to contact the
buyer. If we do not hear back from the buyer within 5 business days, the sale
will be null and void and no refunds will be issued and item will be
re-listed. We will request address information. If the
information is different from what we received through eBay checkout,
we will not send item(s) out again, as we were given the wrong
information. We also will not issue refund for any amounts.
If the buyer would
still like there item(s) they must pay for the additional shipping costs of the
item(s), and confirm correct address.
Returns
All item(s)
will be described in the listing if returns are accepted for that item or not.
Non-Returnable items maybe, but not limited to Socks, Hair Accessories,
Balaclavas, and Make-Up etc.
Refunds are
only given if the item(s) is defective. If the item(s) is defective
a picture must be taken of the defective area/product and sent to us
through eBay messenger.
Once we have
reviewed the picture(s) if accepted we will then request the buyer to send back
defected item(s). Once we receive defected item(s) we will issue a
refund to the buyer.
If the returned
item is damaged, dirty, ripped, and tags are removed, we will not issue a
refund as the product was reviewed through quality assurance before leaving our
store.
All Buyers are
responsible for the purchase of their product as we accurately describe our
items.
Pictures: We cannot accept
returns on merchandise due to color variances from computer monitor to real
life. We receive our photographs from our wholesalers, who do their very
best to photograph their items. Color may appear different on
computer monitors based on display quality and user settings.
All Sales are
final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they ordered the correct
item(s) as all of our clothing listings have measurements stated in our
description. Exchanges for Clothing sizes may be considered on a case by case
basis. If the exchange is accepted the buyer is responsible for all
exchange shipping charges.
